Bethany Lee, of City College of San Francisco (CCSF) placed fourth in the Feature Photo category and won an honorable mention in the Feature Story category.
“JACC is a great time to come together with other community colleges and witness the passion of student publications,” Lee said.
Gabriela Reni, also of CCSF, placed fourth in the News Photo category.
From Laney College, Brian Howey placed first in the Feature Story and Feature Photo categories, and won second place in the On-The-Spot Newswriting category.
